Yes. The program meets standard requirements for formal student internships.
The program has an educational and practical character. Specific terms are discussed individually.
Before starting the internship, it is recommended to be familiar with basic concepts related to customer experience management, such as:
- Customer Experience Management (CXM)
- Customer Journey
- Touchpoints
- Basic methods of collecting customer feedback (e.g. surveys)

Familiarity with these concepts will make it easier to get started; however, it is not a requirement for participation. A substantive introduction is provided at the beginning of the internship.
The program is best suited for students in their 3rd year of undergraduate (Bachelor’s/Engineering) studies oraz 4th–5th year of Master’s studies, who are completing mandatory student internships.
In justified cases, students at other stages of their studies may also be considered.
The internship is carried out in cooperation between Data Responder and a service organization that serves as the subject of the project.
